| Long Description | Nordic countries include the use of tunnels and ferries as well as the mechanics of normal Ticket to Ride. The Tunnel system requires drawing an additional three cards from the draw pile to see if they match the colored cards used to claim the tunnel route. If there is a match, the player must play additional cards of that color to successfully claim the tunnel. If they have no additional cards, the tunnel claim is a fail and they take their cards back. If there is no match, the tunnel claim is successful . If they have the extra cards, the tunnel claim is successful. Ferries: additional Locomotives are necessary to claim the ferry route, indicated by the locomotive symbols on the map board. |
