We go over what the OGL's actual legal effect is and how a world without certainty in the OGL hurts the gaming world, but not in the way you might expect. Hosted by a National Security and International Business Law attorney, this seminar is a great place to come talk shop about the differences between copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property concerns as they relate to tabletop RPGs. |
