| Long Description | This is the fourth year I have offered Sith Core. I am very excited to offer it! It is a pleasure to weave together my love of Star Wars and my love of physical fitness. The Sith Lord offering is more challenging than the Sith Apprentice class, but it can still be modified to any fitness level. I do recommend a yoga mat or a beach towel, but that is not required. Taking lessons from the Book of Sith, the movies, and the legends we will share in the contemplation of what it means to be a Sith while preparing our bodies for the rigors of a full day of Gen Con! Also look for my other offerings Jedi Yoga, in its sixth year; Mandalorian Martial Arts, also in its fourth year; Buff Barbarian in its third year; and Fit Fighter in its second year. |
