| Long Description | Battlestations is an RPG/boardgame hybrid that places your character on a starship while controlling your ship on a hex map. Want to turn the ship and face an enemy? Make a piloting check at the helm battlestation. Want to fire at the enemy ship? Run to the cannons and make a combat check. Ship running low on power? Make an engineering check at the engines. What if enemies teleport on board? Whip out your blaster and make a combat check. Is an ally wounded? Make a science check using your medkit to heal them. Battlestations uses a collection of simple systems to create epic adventures. You never know when you’ll face monsters, navigation hazards, or enemy ships. Choose your race from *truly* alien species, pick your profession, select a special ability, and you’re ready to go. If you survive the mission, rank up to increase your skills and get another special ability. |
