Afterward, using theater of the mind and some battle maps the party is approached by a mysterious figure who entrusts them with a dragon's egg and a map. Their mission is to deliver the egg to a sanctuary in the distant mountains, where it will be safe from those who seek to misuse its power. Along the way, they face numerous challenges, including ambushes from dragon cultists and perhaps the egg hatching unexpectedly??? |
