Traditionally, a lot is put on the DMs shoulders. We are expected to be writers, game designers, actors, historians and referees. But not all of us want those responsibilities. That isn't how it works in business. On projects work is distributed to specialists who contribute their area of expertise to the overall success. And, if people love their work then working with others brings real joy! I want you to be able to harness this power at your table with your friends and show you how a team of DMs makes it possible for you all to rule the world! |
