Long Description | Dr. David Niecikowski from Touro University will present best practices and research on meeting the academic and social needs of children through game play in school, library, club, after school, and family gathering settings. Dr. Niecikowski is the author of the book Game Design in the Classroom (2011) and, since 2019, teaches three of six graduate Gifted Methods courses at Touro University Nevada. One of these (3) unit courses includes meeting the needs of gifted students through game play. |
