| Long Description | This session will show attendees how by creating a Pokémon Club at their school, library, or community center as an afterschool program, they can provide children and youth with the tools and space to learn and play Pokémon games. Pokémon Clubs foster a supportive and engaging environment where members can develop essential skills such as strategic thinking, math, and reading comprehension. Through the excitement of collecting and battling with Pokémon cards, the Clubs promote social interaction, teamwork, and creativity. Club participants experience the joy of Pokémon, build lasting friendships, and enhance their cognitive and academic abilities in a fun and inclusive community.
