| Long Description | Normal Risk rules but the cards represent nuclear strikes (not extra armies). You get a card for either successfully attacking or getting nuked. You can only launch nukes in response to getting attacked or nuked. But you don’t have to nuke the person who attacked you. You only have to control what’s left of a continent to get the army bonus for it. And you lose an army for every nuked territory you have to attack across. Launch em if you’ve got em! |
