| Short Description | A simultaneous worker placement game about sustainable forestry in feudal Japan. Take on the role of daimyo during Japan's Edo period, overseeing a personal province that begins as a wild forest. |
| Long Description | Over five rounds, players simultaneously place forestry samurai at key intersections to take actions such as harvesting timber, planting and studying trees, building farms and castles, or raising forces to support the Shogun in Edo. Balancing development with sustainability is vital. Clearing forests provides valuable resources but increases the risk of flooding as shifting weather patterns bring beneficial rain—or destructive storms. Players must carefully manage their land while planning for the changing climate. At the same time, daimyo must also compete for the Shogun’s favor in Edo by sending advisors and fulfilling imperial demands to gain gifts and end-game honor.
