| Long Description | Button Kingdoms is a deck building game, with simultaneous actions where players take on the role of kids commanding armies of fantasy stuffed animal armies. The goal of the game is to build up your kingdom of plush by collecting currency in the form of buttons, looting treasures, seizing the thrones of your rivals, and building the cuddliest army possible. During the Button Bazaar phase, players place tokens face down to buy, sell, or steal cards from the market, then reveal your intentions and work it out with your rivals. Victory will rest on three separate pillars: total BUTTONS, THRONES in your possession, and how well your deck of cards measures up to your champion’s IDEALS. Even if you fall behind in the combat aspect of the game, with skillful deck building and solid deal-making, you could still net the win. do you have what it takes to conquer the button kingdoms? |
