| Short Description | Contemporary format. There are no start zones in the Heat of Battle. Players alternate placing figures anywhere on the battlefield. |
| Long Description | Contemporary format. 480 points. 16 figure limit. 24 space limit. 4 rounds of Swiss. No top cut. Both players roll the 20-sided die. Winner chooses to place 1st or 2nd. Alternate placing figures anywhere on the battlefield 1 card at a time. (Disregard starting zones.) After the first squad figure of a turn is placed, other squad figures must be placed next to other squad figures placed that turn. You cannot place figures on glyphs or adjacent to enemy figures. The player who places second automatically wins initiative in Round 1. Earn prize wall tickets for participation and wins, and first place takes home a one-of-a-kind Heroscape Paint Master! Players must bring their army and all relevant dice, order markers, wound markers, and other items their army requires. All figures must be Heroscape figures produced by Renegade Games. |
