| Long Description | Captain's Log, Stardate 6104.3. We are en-route to Sigma Iotia II, a planet that had been culturally contaminated in the 22nd century by the USS Horizon and not contacted again until the USS Enterprise, NCC-1701 visited 100 years later. That crew found the planet's natives had adopted a culture based on the 1920s Earth gangster era from a history text left by the Horizon. As was typical, Captain Kirk's solution was unique. Since then, Starfleet's contact has been an annual visit under the guise of 'collecting our cut' and directing the resources towards enabling the Iotians to choose their own methods.
