Night Force (premade character options) are: Agent Bride, Dagon of the Deep, Invisible Hood, Man-Bat, Nightshade, Ragman and She-Bat What you find when you arrive is a city in the first throes of a flash-flood disaster! The River that runs through the center of River City has inexplicably risen over the last 12 hours and has crested the tops of the levies in several places. What has caused this out-of-season flooding? And where did all these RATS come from?! |
