| Long Description | The Leaping of the Hoptops takes place every November and celebrates the end of the harvest season. People across the Verdant Isles celebrate this festival by visiting the homes of friends during the evening for “home warming” parties, which seek to literally and figuratively warm up hearth and home before winter settles in. Activities focus on warm foods, vigorous dancing, and roaring fires, and a savory, vegetarian Hoptop Harvest Pie is the customary dish of the holiday. During this year’s Hoptop Pie competition, all of the pies have seemingly been sabotaged, except for one mysterious pie. No one in Oakenbend knows who baked the mystery pie, but it is assumed that whoever baked it is also the person responsible for sabotaging the other pies. You will need to unravel the mystery before you are accused of being the saboteur! |
