| Long Description | Want to check out the game but don't have time for a full four-hour play-through? This abridged session is exactly what you need! Players share control of a single Hero, each playing an internal Aspect of that Hero based on archetypal figures from the tarot. The character creation process is a tarot-guided series of story prompts that takes your group through building together the Hero you share as well as each of your individual Aspects within that Hero. This demo will show you how tarot informs every element of the game—defining the entire magical universe in which the game exists, creating characters and shaping narrative, and driving outcomes through rich and exciting game mechanics that are just as satisfying as rolling dice in other RPGs. Participants will split into groups, four players per Diviner, for this experience. |
