| Long Description | Looking to play something more retro than 1st Edition AD&D? Relive the days of original (not Advanced) D&D with a run-through of an Official GenCon IX Tournament Dungeon (August 1976) tweaked to allow 8 players to participate. Veteran DM Jesse Anderson hosts this longer old school adventure. Prior experience with older versions of D&D is recommended. Premise: Your party has offended a great and powerful (and slightly confused) wizard, and he has asked you to retrieve a wand -or was it a staff- that was borrowed (or maybe stolen) from him long ago. This is a limited engagement with two separate games scheduled; one on Friday and one on Saturday. Join us as we play the game that started it all and remember the man who created an industry. As in previous years, this premium event remains a charity event. This is NOT a tournament. |
