| Long Description | The political shockwave from Captain Garrett’s sacrifice of herself and the crew of the USS Enterprise 1701-C to save the Klingon colony at Khitomer has led to… well a ‘softening’ of tensions with the Klingons may be bit much. However, ‘shift into a slightly less aggressive stance’ may be more accurate. All is not well, as a whisper of a rumor of a new Klingon cloaking technology has emerged, and it may be that the very Klingon Houses calling for war will be the ones to take it out for its’ shakedown cruise. But is it enough to take action? What could be taken, as anything could eliminate all of the good will that was so hard won. Is it even true, or false information planted by the Romulans to destroy a budding relationship between the Klingons and Federation that would shift the balance of power in the quadrant? Come to think of it, it’s the sort of thing they just might do. |
