| Long Description | It’s October 21, 1999, in beautiful St. Louis, Missouri. Lumptump McGillicutty, a blobfish, just had his CPA certification revoked. Back during tax season, he gave a client the wrong advice because of a misprint in an IRS pamphlet. There’s only one way for Lumptump to get his CPA certification back: he must travel to Washington, D.C. and convince the IRS’ Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Robert E. Wenzel, to write a letter to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), informing them that the error was the IRS’ fault, not Lumptump’s. But Lumptump needs help: because he’s a blobfish, he’s stuck in a water tank! Luckily, his friends Mister Ruffly Tail, Toby the Fence, and Funky Junk Full-Chicken have all agreed to help Lumptump win back his CPA certification.
