| Long Description | The world of New Harkryn is a marshy expanse of peat bogs and grotesque, unnatural flora. . Whether the planet is like that by nature was once touched by Chaos unknown. Nestled tightly between two forward worlds and reachable only with the proper tools, New Harkryn is widely considered a place best avoided. Many claim it is cursed by something beyond the Warp itself. Despite the warnings, a Rogue Trader ventured to the planet out of curiosity and vanished. His last transmission was a distress beacon sent to his ship. The rescue team dispatched after him also disappeared without a trace. By direct order of Lord Inquisitor Durus Rudd the investigation has been seized from previous failed efforts. You are the latest team sent to uncover the truth and attempt a rescue.
