| Long Description | This class covers stance, footwork, striking, & sword techniques, w/ optional light sparring to test your skills. Training equipment will be provided for safe practice. Perfect for beginners or seasoned warriors looking to refine their craft! We will be breaking up the class into three separate groups that will rotate through each instructor. (The smaller group sizes help maximize the learning experience!)
